How to make reservation?

1. Search your cruise by filling in the cruise details
2. Ship name, sailing schedule and price will be shown on the search result page. Choose and book the best cruise for you
3. Fill in the contact information and passenger details
4. Complete your payment. From many payment methods available, choose one that best suits you
5. Our team will verify the payment and send the booking confirmation by email

What payment methods are offered?

We offer a variety of payment options, including Bank Transfer, Go-Pay, and Virtual Account Bank Transfer. You can also pay with VISA, MasterCard, or JCB Credit Card at Kapal Pepelayaran office directly. We work closely with trusted and licensed payment gateway partners to ensure the security of your transactions.

Can I cancel an order?

Each cruise lines has different cancellation policy, with details as follows:

I have made a reservation, what should I do next?

Our team will follow up by email on your reservation by giving more details such as booking/reservation ID, cabin number, invoice etc. We will also ask more details such as a copy of passport ID to make sure that all names that submitted already correct according to valid passport ID. From this point, our team will be your main contact if you need more assistance regarding your confirmed bookings.

Minimum Age

For guest under 21 years old (minor passenger) must be booked in a stateroom with an adult either a parent or legal guardian who is 21 years or older (consent letter may be needed). For Infant sailing on a cruise must be at least 6-month-old.

Pregnancy

Guests who are pregnant, but will not accept guests who will enter their 22nd week of pregnancy by the beginning of, or at any time during the cruise vacation. All guests are required to sign a health questionnaire at check-in to ensure they are aware of our pregnancy policy.

Name Changes/Correction Policy

Name changes/correction can be done with charges of SGD 150 per name; with condition that the 1st person name on reservation cannot be changed.

Passport Validity

The passport must be valid for 6 (six) months after the day your cruise ends. The name on your passport should match the name on your reservation.
